    Short of saying
    #nav-above {display: none;}

    Does WeaverX have an option for this?

    Also, I note that at
    WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Post Specifics >Post Title
    I have the Show Comment Bubble box unchecked. Yet the comment bubble shows.

    Re removing top navigation from posts, have you tried

    Main Options > Post Specifics > Post Navigation and tick the box: Hide Top Links
    Note that this is a Plus option.

    WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Post Specifics >Post Title  is as indicated by its place about showing the comment bubble on the post title line of the post which it does.

    The only bubble I see on your page is the one that is in the comment section and which is managed by Main options > Content Areas > Comments > Hide Comment title Icon
