How do I “Enter URL of your phone link” to a add a social button for a phone number?

I am using version 1.3 of Weaver Extreme and have purchased the plugin.  I have added social buttons for our facebook URL.  I don’t know how to create a URL for a phone number however.

If you want a button with a link before a phone number, create a link button with the “plus” Link button shortcode page, and insert it before the number.

 If not what you want, you need to elaborate because I am not sure I follow.
