    WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Main Options > Fonts & Custom > Fonts

    has options for font sizes but not for font (family)

    There are font-family options for almost every area. Setting the font family for the Wrapper Area on the Wrapping Areas tab sets the sitewide font. See the abc icon in the left column for text font properties in all areas.
