There is not much involved here, so yes.
This is just a header, a menu bar and a content area over an overall background image that is white at the top and aluminum at the bottom
The only fancy stuff are the shadow, these can easily be implemented with custom CSS in Xtreme, you will have to find out what the CSS for the special shadows is of course of find a plugin that makes them for you
Thanks for the quick review. I was more interested in the Slider with Menus on top and the sections below… 3 on top of 4 columns in the content area.
I just converted a test site (from II Pro).You are not saying if you have Plus, but between the two menu positions (top / bottom), the header widget area that can be placed after the menu bar, the HTML Insertion area like pre main (PLus), you can have the slider under the menu.
As far as columns in the content area, again it depends if you have plus, if this is one page or all etc…
With plus you can configure widget areas in any numbers of rows of widget as explained here
