horizontal align social icon with menu bar text

The icon ends up on the bottom of the menu bar. I would like it aligned horizontally with the text.

Edit: I replaced it with an icon and it is okay now.

Are you speaking of the envelope on the left of the menu bar?

It looks centered inside the bar for me on IE. If you mean you want the bottom of the envelope to match the bottom of the menu text, we can do that with the rule below.
