Header widget not showing image

Hi,

I am having an issue with the header widget area. Out site exists in 4 languages, three are showing the slider in the header widget area, that is created by a plugin (hero) correctly, one (Russian) only shows the “loading circle”. I know that this does not really have to do with your theme because it is a plugin, but maybe you have an idea for a quick fix? The arabic site had a similar problem (not exactly the same unfortunately, but also with that header widget area and the plugin ) and you were able to help me very quickly.

Looking in the console of the browser developer tool I see the error message below

HTTP404: NOT FOUND – The server has not found anything matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
GET – https://www.psychosomatik.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/slider_Startseite_Video_Sotogrande_f.jpg

does this mean, it is looking for a video?

It seems to be unable to access a specific image

The path referenced is invalid.

So first thing is review all the images that have been included in the slider and see if any of them have a bad path link reference
