Header Area BG Color (again)

Hello again. I have done extensive reading and am more confused.

Let’s tackle the Header Area BG color again.  I set the color to #5c8a7a which is a lighter green than the default #375247 (same as Footer.)  There does not appear to be a change on the website.

I changed the color in the  legacy editor and it is also changed in the customize editor.  But my eyes do not see a change.

What color do you see?  Is the header lighter than the footer?

There is no point changing your header area BG color, as none of it is visible.

The entire green ares is you menu bar Background.

So change the primary menu bar BG color instead
