Has anyone ever seen the error message “No Theme CSS Loaded” ONLY on iPhone?

This error message is appearing for a new site — http://www.alldressageassociation.com, but seems to be occurring only on iPhones.  I have not had any reports of it being seen on tablets or on various full browsers (including Safari, FireFox and IE).

The site does not have a separate mobile template, in all respects but this error message, the responsive design of Weaver Xtreme is working extremely well across all platforms.

It comes up for me okay.

There is no message like that in Weaver Xtreme, so perhaps you have a plugin based mobile theme installed (BAD IDEA!). People often unknownly activate the JetPack mobile teheme.
