Getting 500 internal server error pages on just two admin pages

I have Weaver xtreme and xtreme plus installed.

In WordPress Admin, all features work, exept Appearance>Theme Options and Settings. Both of those menu items display a 500 external server error page. Can’t change anything in Weaver xtreme. The Appearnce>+ Xtreme Plus item displays fine.

How can I restore access to these two pages

It could be that you do not have enough memory. Talk to your host about increasing memory.

Thank you for the comment. I have just sent a request to the host to increase the 32MB to 64MB or more. Will follow up later after the host replies.

The host has increased the memory_limit to 256MB for me as evidenced by the phpinfo.php page. This did not solve my inability to access the Weaver Xtreme > Theme Options or Settings page in the WordPress admin environment.

Any other thoughts?

The Fact that the settings page which only wordpress is not opening either points to something wrong in your wrodpress installation.

I would start by redoing the latest wordpress update in the Dashboard > Updates page

Thanks for the comment. Wouldn’t you know, going to the Updates page presents a 500 Internal server error page, as does going to the Dashboard home page and clicking Reinstall Now for WordPress 4.3.

It looks like I am really hosed somehow.

Probably need to speak to your host provider to have them install the update or restore the last working backup
