Fixed to top Header Widget

I have the Menu fixed to top and the Header widget fixed to top.

According to above image the header widget should be before the primary menu but it is after the menu.

I want the Header widget (Logo) above the Primary Menu and I would like them both fixed to the top.

I tried to use the Weaver X-Plus Menus but It wouldn’t center the menu and it wouldn’t use the settings for the primary menu only the secondary menu as far as color and font, but it wouldn’t center either menu which is a deal breaker on this site.

I am running into blocks each way, LOL

You must have selected the option to move primary menu to top, because I have no problem on my side
