Fileaway iframe template missing

Error Msg:
wp-content/themes/weaver-xtreme/file-away-iframe-template.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/hcwg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/file-away/lib/cls/class.fileaway_admin.php on line 81

I am not sue if Weaver Xtreme provides the template.php file, or fileaway does.  

The themes file is not found in the folder.  The fileaway admin file is found. 

This is problem does NOT exist on my PHP v 5.2.17.
This problem does appear on my PHP 5.6.19 site. 

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

Sorry, but this has nothing to do with Weaver Xtreme.

You must contact the plugin’s author or support.

I do hope the plugin has some way to dynamically detect an upgrade of the theme as copying files into the theme’s folder is generally not a good idea.
