Excerpt messed up

    Hi all,

    Yesterday i bought Weaver Xtreme and now i am building a new website. I do get a problem:

    I did make some posts with some layout options, bold, underline, featured image etc.

    In excerpt view the layout is plain text without the bold and underlined text. When i view the full post the layout looks fine.
    Unfortunately i cannot give you the url because the site is not online yet.
    Hope you can help me out

    This is STANDARD behavior for default excerpts for ALL WordPress themes. That is how excerpts work.

    If you want your excerpt to be formatted, you have to either create a Manual Excerpt on a per post basis, or find a plugin that can build excerpts with formatting included.

    This is not a theme issue, really, but standard WordPress functionality.
