Different wrapper area colour?

Is it possible to have different wrapper area background colours for certain pages? If so, how would I go about achieving this?

I was able to create it to a fashion with a background image on this page

However, I would ideally like the content area to match the wrapper image.

It’s okay. I worked it out. I forgot to add the #wrapper class.

I seem to have run into another issue with the coding. How do I change it so that the background image full the whole screen? I have one page in which the image stops within the footer space but leaves a whole heap of white space behind it as can be seen here:

Essentially, I’m trying to duplicate this – https://governance.craftylion.com/evolution/ which uses a background image for the entire site …
