    Hello,
    my backend and frontend are working fine so far. However, when I want to use the Customizer, the selection area on the left and the preview area on the right remain empty.
    What could be the reason for this?
    I have already tried different browsers.

    Post the content of the system Info box in the help page here so @weaver can be sure of your configuration.

    Make sure you have the latest version of the Xtreme Theme as well as the Xtreme Theme support plugin installed.

    Can you kindly let us have your site URL, together with “Your System and Configuration Info” — which can be found on the Weaver Xtreme Admin tab?

    A screen capture of what you are seeing, would not go amissĀ

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    I just collected that infos to post it here and when I opened the customizer to take that screenshot …. it suddenly worked!

    I have really no clue what happened and I hope this behavior will last.

    If it happens again, try a different browser.

    The customizer uses Javascript and other browser side resources – a LOT of them – and that coupled with a possible slow internet connection are about the only thing I know that could break the Customizer these days. When it was first released, it was very slow, but improvement in its code and faster computers and browsers have largely solved the issue.
