Question is, under Extra Per Page Options, the doc (Weaver Xtreme Theme Documentation –Version 1.0) it defines the following insertion options:

prewrapper

preheader

header

container_top

Where do I get a definition of the location of these insertion points on a page? Frankly, not 100% how these work as do not know exactly what/where they apply.
