convert weaver II pro to xtreme

I just started the conversion process as per your below guide, but cannot find the download mentioned under the Important heading before Step 1) Preparation. Then download and activate the Weaver II Limited Updater theme found here: [download id=”9311″]. There is no link in the guide and I can’t find the theme by searching the download id 9311 or the theme name Weaver II Limited Updater. Where can I find and download this theme please.
