Can a page using Weaver Xtreme Theme have a collapsible table of contents, such as seen on this page:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rose
If you have the plus plugin, there is an option to do that with a shortcode called Show / hide text
You can see a basic example on the theme demo page below
