Can’t use the built-in Save/Restore to backup settings or theme

Hiya!

When I try to use the “Backup All Current Settings” or the “Save Theme in File” buttons in Xtreme Plus, all I get is a blank grey screen with the message, “The link you followed has expired.”

I’m using Xtreme w/ Plus, Version: 6.7 on WordPress 7.

Is there a way to get this working again, please?

Please kindly confirm that your Weaver Plus subscription is still current.

Are you using the save options from the customizer or the legacy admin?

Are you using the button to save all settings in the WordPress database?

• Customizer : Download All Weaver extreme settings button
• Legacy Admin: “Save Current Theme settings”  Backup all current theme settings using the WordPress database.

Or are you using the one to Download all the settings to your computer?

• Customizer: Save All settings to WordPress Database button
• Legacy Admin: Download Current Settings To Your Computer
  Download  – Save all current settings to file on your computer

 

And paste the content of the system info box here

My subscription is active, and I got the message with both download buttons in the Legacy Admin because I keep forgetting that it exists in the Customizer, too.

I tried the Customizer way and it seems to have worked.
