Cannot activate Xtreme Plus license.

    Hello,

    After i moved a test site to life, i cannot activate the Xtreme Plus license. I did upload it with the rest of the site and activated the plugin. But the +Xtreme Plus message doesn’t show in the left-menu. So i’m not able to activate the license.
    Were do i go wrong??

    Do you mean you’re missing the link section from Appearance > +Xtreme Plus? To activate the license you would need first to reach the section from the plugin.

    It would be a good idea to clarify if the plugin is listed as active in the main plugin list.

    The plugin is activated in the plugin list and yes i am missing in Appearance > +Xtreme Plus

    Start by deactivating and deleting the plugin, then reinstall it from scratch.

    @weaver will have to do that, but he is away for a few days.

    It sounds to me like you may have broken something in the way to moved the test site to live, so you may want to describe exactly what you did to do that.

    You may also want to try the following.

    • Go to save / restore and click Save as well as Download ALL settings so you have a safety backup locally.
    • Switch to a different theme (like 2014)
    • Delete all weaver theme and plugins (xtreme theme support, Plus)
    • Reinstall / activate Xtreme from WordPress .org
    • Reinstall / activate  Xtreme Theme support plugin from wordpress.org
    • Reinstall / activate “plus” plugin

    What i did was:

    Extra>> Export / Import
    Copy Weaver theme and activated and imported settings.  
    Copy all plugins and activated
    Thats all.

    Have you tried ALL the steps described on the following page, including the manual settings?

    If you still have difficulties, we can try to manually clearing your license for the new site if you send an email to the contact page using “Responding to requrested information” topic.
