Bulk conversion of usual images to featured ones

I encountered a problem. I already promised that I convert a blog to Weaver Xtreme. Later I noticed there are 350 posts each one with their own image, but not featured.
This would last an entire week of manual work, and I don’t have this kind of patience.
Is there any solution to convert all images automatically to featured? This could be an option included in the support plugin. Or even Plus plugin, I do not mind that.

Doing a search on wordpress.org, it looks like some existing plugins should do the job.
