Annoying blank line above footer

I just purchased Weaver Xtreme Pro, solely for the purpose of allowing the sidebar background colors to flow evenly to the bottom of the page. However, after installation, while the sidebar background color goes further down than before, it does not reach the footer and messily stops a few pixels above it. Is this a CSS conflict?

I need the orange sidebar to run all the way down and meet the green footer.

You appear to have a 10px bottom margin on the primary and secondary sidebar widget area as well as the content area.

Remove these and it should work

Can you give me the CSS id/class where you see that? Can’t seem to find a 10px setting anywhere. 

Current settings for those that I can find are:

#primary-widget-area, #secondary-widget-area, #footer-widget-area, .extra-widget-area, .widget-area-footer, .widget-area-top, .widget-area-bottom, .widget-area-primary, .widget-area-secondary {

1. padding: 8px;
2. margin-bottom: 0px;}

look in Main options > layout > primary Widget Area & Secondary Widget Area Top bottom margin boxes. Default bottom is 10, so put a zero in there

For the content area put a zero in Main options > Content Areas > Content Area > Bottom Margin box
