    Installed Weaver Xtreme Plus, found license had expired. Tried to log into site to renew license. Get message “ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect.¬†Lost your password?” (I used those same credentials to log into this forum.) Tried Lost Password, not getting email to reset password. Really would like to get on with this project. Please help!


    Please be sure you are using your shop.weavertheme.com user name and not the forum one. Should be the same as the renewal notice.

    If that doesn’t help, please send a copy of your license ID to by email weaver@weavertheme.com, and we should be able to track it down.

    May be a few days before I can get to this as I am presenting at WordCamp Denver this weekend about integrating Gutenberg support with themes. There won’t be any updates to Xtreme Plus for a couple of months, and your plugin keep working fine until then without renewal.
