Ability to assign a specific header image to a specific category.

Essentially I’m wondering if you can add in the ability to duplicate what this plugin does.

The plugin still works so far, but it’s not being maintained any longer.

Categories which don’t have a default header assigned with the plugin behave as they are set to behave in WordPress.  Either the standard header, or rotating amongst a set of headers.

It is likely that the plugin will continue to work far into the future.

But this is a a fairly obscure use case, and not a feature I think belongs in a theme.
