Maybe I’m misunderstanding the original question, but in WordPress every image on every page is clickable and linkable by default. There’s no need to write a single character of code or buy the Pro version of anything.
John, Here’s how to make any jpeg or png image go to any page on your website just by clicking it. The image can be a ‘button’ that you created yourself, a photo, or a logo.
If you need to save five minutes, you can install a plug-in to make buttons for you. Notice the small green buttons scattered around on http://www.placesandpics.com.
