This because of your rule below that fixes the width of the menu bar, making it too large on mobile.
#wrap-top-menu {position: fixed; width:960px; z-index: 1000;}

You need to change it to
#wrap-top-menu {position: fixed; width:100%;max-width:960px; z-index: 1000;}
