Sorry, I cannot reproduce your issue. When I set up a test site using de_DE as the language, all the translations to German are there, including the breadcrumbs.
All of those translations are included in the standard /weaver-xtreme/languages/de_DE.po/mo files.
The header of your HTML page does include “de_DO” as the language, so I am really confused here. We know there are a significant number of de_DE sites using Weaver Xtreme, and this has never been reported before.
I can only conclude that there is something non-standard in your site’s configuration. The first step to figure this out would be to temporarily disable your plugins, one at a time, and see if the translations start to show up. I really am at a loss where to go after that – this is new ground.
