WordPress Seo from Yoast has a Social section where you could define default Fb image (at least 200 x 200). Other than that, there are also per page options in Yoast settings for title and image displayed on Fb.
In Weaver II there was a setting for default social image. Not anymore in Weaver Xtreme ?
