What @Maureen said is true for the Weaver footer area, BUT —- The powered by and the RSS feed lines at the bottom of you site are NOT originating from Weaver. I have no idea were they come from – but probably a plugin. Go through all the plugins you have, and perhaps it will become clear which one is injecting that code. You can also disable your plugins one by one until the line goes away.
But since it is not Weaver related, we really can’t provide more suggestions.
