1- Hide the standard Title using its hide option, then add a text widget above the slider, and insert the Site title in it using the Title Shortcode as explained in Add-ons > Shortcode section > Site title Red Help buble
2- I dont understand what you mean by ” slide show page and video have resized to really large ” please elaborate
