Not sure what you mean, the image is responsive, and scales down with the browser.
The reason it does not fill the whole browser when very large, is because the image is not big enough (it is only 1300pixels)
You can either use a bigger image, or force the current image to scale up by adding width:100% on the image, but that will degrade quality.
