I swear I’ve been looking for that for a couple of weeks before asking. I always have it set to What rather than Where so that explains why I was unable to figure it out.
The left sidebar shows below all the content on the pages on my iPhone. Oh well, the client thinks no one uses menus anymore so I’m not going to worry about it.
