Main options > Sidebar & Layout > Sidebar Layout > Flow color to the bottom option checkbox
or
Customizing (in where mode) ▸ Sidebars & Widgets > Sidebar & Widget Area Layout > Sidebar Width > Flow color to the bottom check box
