I tried the .single .entry-content, .single .entry-utility {max-width:739px;margin:0 auto;} combined with alignwide. It now works for most content on the single post page – but not for the show post short codes used at the bottom (the images are changed here and look weird) – and not either on other general post pages showing a number of posts (including images) at the bottom.
